Background

AstroRelay is a secure tunnel for remote accessing your devices. This innovative service provides customers and businesses with the added support of secure tunnels, such as proxy servers, HTTP(S), Proxy, SSH, and VPN. AstroRelay addresses the ever-growing need for secure camera systems, smart home systems, and remote working capabilities. The administrative console is specifically designed to monitor users' status, including service agents, data collection, and referral analysis. The dashboard features process bars and a selection of colors to denote various servers. Two buttons display the status of agents and links during the selected timeframe. Additionally, the admin console includes a filter to facilitate the search for specific users.

Reference

Prior to commencing the task at hand, I conducted research to gather a selection of dashboard templates for reference. I took into consideration various factors such as layout, coloring, components and columns in order to gain inspiration and insights for the design process.

Flow

Presented below is a diagram outlining the user flow. The essential components of the flow include the dashboard, user list, and service. The marketing team will utilize a portion of this data for analysis and optimization of our service. For example, the system has the capability to filter active and inactive users, to enable the sales team to effectively contact potential customers. Additionally, the marketing team will be able to create a referral program, which would encourage more individuals to try AstroRelay.
